• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

WeDecide does not endorse any political party, candidate, or position. The platform is designed to facilitate civic engagement, not to influence electoral outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDECIDE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeDecide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of your local consumer law.

• EU/EEA Consumers: You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
• UK Consumers: You may refer disputes to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.
• US Users: Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice (such as email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeDecide.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
